Registration

This event has multiple components — please register separately for each part you plan to attend. All attendees, regardless of age, must be registered. Early bird rates end May 15, after which all prices increase.

Event components:

• ASXL Research Symposium (Thursday, June 25 – Friday, June 26): Open to research professionals only. Registration includes all scientific programming, lunch and breaks on both days, and the Thursday evening poster session.

• ASXL Family Conference (Saturday, June 27 – Sunday, June 28): Designed for ASXL families and caregivers, but research and medical professionals are welcome and encouraged to attend. Registration includes lunch on Saturday, and breaks on both days. "Pay what you can" rates for family attendees are available until May 15 at 11:59pm ET using the promo codes below at checkout:

  • FAMILY90 — 90% discount ($12.50/adult · $5/child)

  • FAMILY50 — 50% discount ($62.50/adult · $25/child)

  • These discounts apply to ASXL Family Conference registration only and do not apply to the ASXL Community Celebration Dinner or Pizza & Movie Night.

• ASXL Community Celebration Dinner (Friday, June 26): All are welcome — researchers and families alike! Join us for a superhero-themed celebration at the Sheraton Ann Arbor with a buffet dinner, dessert, one drink ticket per person, dancing, and activities.

• Pizza & Movie Night (Saturday, June 27): A casual evening for families and community members featuring pizza, salad, and a cash bar at the Sheraton Ann Arbor.
