Registration rates for each event component are as follows. Please register every member of your party. Advanced registration for in-person attendees is closed; you may register on site.

Registration hours

Registered attendees for the ASXL Research Symposium, ASXL Family Conference, and research participants can pick up their meeting badge, meeting materials, and research participation packets (if applicable) at the following locations and times. We strongly encourage families who are able to pick up their registration materials as soon as is convenient after arriving on Thursday or Friday to help minimize lines on Saturday.

  • Academic/healthcare professionals: $200

  • Industry/corporate: $300

Regular registration (after May 15):

  • Trainees: $125

  • Academic/healthcare professionals: $250

  • Industry/corporate: $950

Includes lunch and coffee breaks/snacks on Thursday, July 18 and Friday, July 19.

ASXL Family Conference
Friday, July 19 - Sunday, July 21

  • Family attendees: “Pay what you can” rate of $0-$50 per person (suggested fee is $50 per person)

  • Non-family attendees: $50 per person

Includes lunch and coffee breaks/snacks on Saturday, July 20. Please note breakfast is included for those staying at the Residence Inn Baltimore at The Johns Hopkins Medical Campus.

ASXL Community Celebration dinner
Friday, July 19

  • Adults: $25 per person

  • Children: $10 per person

  • Non-oral feeding attendees: Complimentary
